Lippy or other resident: Are you in Hua Hin now? It would be good if someone could distribute some leaflets around the estate asking if they'd like to support paying for some guards, or maybe get hold of email addresses?

This is the first time I have posted here, so I have no idea who SJ is. I have though seen a lot of talk and promotion of alarms on the site, hence my comment.
I'm a concerned resident and I'm hoping the thread helps in getting other residents together to take action.

Thanks for the PM, lets see if we can get something done. I think having a security guard is the best deterrent. That and maybe buying some taser guns from the markets in Bangkok! Alarms are good but not as effective as having someone there. Also I hope this thread doesnt turn into a "i have an...

Hi I have a property in Mountain Vill. Have not personally had any issues as the house is occupied all the time. We also pay for the police to do drive-bys each evening. Still, I suggest that as residents, we should approach the developers and request increased security. My wife is good friends with...
