A name change from the original Angina Tandoori vastly improved turnover

This week's top 5(6):

5th= Siani with "Vadiraj and his wife Gina did not realise what the name meant in English when they merged their names together for the new restaurant! They took the Va from his name and the Gina from his wife's" (13 Points)

5th= Bristolian with "Only open when in the mood" (13 Points)

4th GLCQuantum with "Apu was horrified to find the sign maker's had spelt his daughter Virginia's name wrong." (15 Points)

3rd Siani with "The new owner is now going to rename his restaurant Fanny's after a lot of customers were laughing at the present name." (21 Points)

2nd jimbob with "A name change from the original Angina Tandoori vastly improved turnover" (23 Points)

1st place goes to pharvey with "Sanjeb loved America and dearly wanted to honour his new home State, but for the life of him - he couldn't bl**dy spell it!" (24 Points) :clap: :clap: :bow: :bow: :dance:

Thank you very much to all who participated. Better luck next time to those who didn't win.

pharvey you now have until 23:59 on 12 June 16 to post the next entry. Competition results will be announced on 17 June 16

Big Boy's favourite - "Only open when in the mood"

Next week's guest judge will be pharvey, so you are barred from 'valid' captions for the next 7 days.

Have done it previously Siani - Can Post, just can't quote! Personally, I don't see an issue.

However, as I've not found a decent photo yet - I shall delegate to your goodself!

Yes, what is the problem? As pharvey says, he's done it several times before. As a judge he takes no other part in the competition.

Of more concern to me, is this is the 2nd time in a few weeks that you say you have PM'd me, but nothing has been received my end. Are you sure you PM'd me. Assuming you will be sure, are you able to PM anybody else?

It looks if YOU (although any delegation should have been to Jimbob :? ) now have until midnight tonight (Thai time) to post a picture.

Sorry, did not know that. I understand it now. Just thought it was a mistake. I can see it now. I am not keen to put one on anyway as I have a lot on this weekend.
