Did the recky last night and by your otiginal description the only place anything like star was shark bar but it has a toilet.
Whether you pass the Irish bar on the left or the right has a significant difference depending on where you are coming from.
If you go from Johnnie Walkers bar with the Dubliner (nee Ship) on your right you would go straight over soi Poolsuk and pass Faiways and Lucky Kig on your right and Friendly bar and the very up market top notch superbly run Goannas on you left. You will ten arrive at a four way intersection. In front of you is Limelight where you will usually see Harold Steptoe and a one legged postman sitting outside. If you take the 90 degree right turn you enter the rao that contains Funny Girl Bat Buddy's Nung Bar, Nid's Place, 19th Hole (ex Mats Vegas) Tiger Bar, the Blue Fairy and a couple of others. One of the first bars on the left fits the description that you supplied. I.e no carsie and small and I think may have been called Lucky Star. (BTW the restaurant on the corner El Murphy's, is run by an Irish guy who also runs the ship but that is the only thing Irish about it. It has Mexican them.
As for the full address I may be able to get that later if I can see Michael of Nid's Place.
Asking a BG for an address the equivalent of asking a road sweeper for the definition of an IP packet.
Help Lost bar address
