i gave up the idea of a steakhouse for a bunch of expat know it all's already:P..btw..uncle tom..("Classic steak lovers generally talk in ounces, not grams - when someone refers to a 300g steak, I think:)....there are other countries in the world besides the US..and alot use the metric system.....

funny cottage pie ..takiab...if you take the chilli out of thai food ..its almost chinese..they eat alot of chinese food themselves..ka-moo for one..not sure on spelling...ka tom is basically congee also

...cook onions, (diced carrot and garlic.optional) if you like and the mince in a pan with olive oil until has colour or cooked:)..season it...dont dry it out too much as the juices meld with the potato....add pre boiled peas..as you desire..put that lot into a baking dish..top with freshly made mas...

khundon.....you did screw it up ..you slow cooked it..thats called stewing tough meat until its tender..im talking about steak...cut a piece off and bbq it medium rare then come back and post:))

ICE..the problem is rife everywhere..AUS also..and they are dangerous junkies..so watch out..delusional and full of strenght..you cant knock then down.they get straight back up..at least smack addicts just stand around the sink discussing the dishes...ICE is the worst drug ive seen ever..madness!!

ive done a budget with my wife..we reckon 60k gives you most things..including 15k on boxed beer..cook at home cheap..we are both chefs anyway....she needs alot of electric for air con...10k for running a car.(not sure if that's accurate or not)...if i want golf ..maybe 80k...i like looking for lil ...

wow..200k baht a month..maybe my dreams over already..i was hoping 80k was enough if you own house, car...cook at home ok..no kids...1 dog...thai wife..but she is frugal..was hoping to play golf once a week..looks like i was dreaming:(

ok thanks everyone for comments...looks like its tourist market or nothing....guess ill just lie next to swimming pool and have a beer..forget about business:)
