Looking for a rental property with garden in the HH area.

I've just received notification that my landlord wants to sell his house and would like me to leave in 3 months, so I'm looking for a place to rent. Location is not important; anywhere from Cha-am to Pranburi & further West would be OK.


Two drawbacks are:

budget. I'm looking for somewhere at 10,000bt a month or less

the fact that I will have 13 dogs. Most will not be allowed in the house, so I will need a secure garden - and somewhere a bit remote would be better, so they don't annoy the neighbours.
What I need: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & living area with secure garden. Running water & electricity.
Aircon in at least one bedroom would be nice, but not nearly essential, same with hot water in bathroom & telephone line (nice but not essential).

Well, a friend ask me to look around for a house to rent in HH. While I was driving around the Klong Road Area, I found a place with big area, house 2 bed (Airc.) 2 bath, kitchen, living, dining etc. Nice house and area big enough for dogs. Near this house another farang also lives there with 5 dogs. He told me the owner is renting for 12,000.- Baht/month. I am not real estate, just to let you know....maybe something.
