Black Mountain

I would sincerely appreciate any feedback on Black Mountain. Have anyone bought there, quality of construction, prices. We're interested in buying a home in Hua Hin but would like some ideas on the best quality developments, from what I've read Black Mountain will be a quality place similar to Palm Hills.
