Please tell me where I can have a nice Steak in HUA HIN and bars with a bit of relaxing music or some Karoki or some caberet shows.

Entertainment is well documented on this site with the best bars as sponsors. You will find that all of the bars listed on the second link are couple friendly and in Hua Hin age is of no concern.
