Petchaburi condo - help needed

Hi everyone

I am coming to Hua Hin in December for a month and have been told about some condos in Petchaburi called the White Condos which aswell as condos have some villas close to the beach. They are very close to the Regent Cha Am - does anyone know about these or stayed in them? Any comments would be appreciated.
