Khao Takiab Bay Accomodation - Help

Post by mackayae »

Looking for bungalow, resort or hotel on beach, Takiab Bay south of Chopstick Hill, for family with 3 children. Per the websites I have only been able to find 2, Takiab Beach Resort and Blue Wave, but they are not exactly on the beach.
Any ideas.

Out of the two, the Blue Wave is closer to the beach. Only about 50 meteres, the other one is just behind the Blue Wave (about 100meters)

Try Anantasila. Blue Wave is only 30 seconds from the beach - I don't think that's too far, but whatever...

Thank you for the Anantasila tip. Right on the beach and south of Chopstick Hill. I just made the reservation there. I wonder why they do not appear on the hotel listings' websites.

My family and I just spent two weeks at the Anantasila Villa. Great hotel and friendly staff. Very picturesque and tranquil. Right on the beach plus has a pool. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and shade trees on the beach. Much better beach than Hua Hin, which has no beach at high tide. Our room had 3 queen beds and a kitchenette, perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay in Hua Hin. Lots of good restaurants; Mama Mia's (italian), Itsara (seafood). Not too much traffic, easy to get around and fairly clean. Hope to go back. Thanks Hua Hin.
