Mr. Pongsathorn Promkhunthod, the Chief of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park in Khiri Khan Province, announced the temporary closure of the camping ground at the Sub-National Park Protection Unit (Sam Phraya Beach). This is due to strong winds and waves in the Gulf of Thailand, making it unsafe to provide camping services in the area. The closure will be effective from January 12 until conditions improve.
