Im looking for Condo Rental In Hua Hin

Post by mrtree »

Hello.
I was wondering about renting a condo in hua hin next October, im looking for 3 bedrooms. I´ve got one offer it was 160sqm 3 bedrooms, very nice place, it is 90.000 Bath for one month, is it to much? I thought i could get it more cheaper.
If you know about some condo for us please contact me, we are 3 guys from Iceland, we came to Hua Hin in January and then we stayed on Anantara, but now we going to rent Condo, please advise me what is best to do.
We are going to stay for whole month now in Hua Hin.

Hello mrtree from Iceland.
Personally I would never rent a condo but a house.
90.000 Bt is quite expensive even for a big condo like the one you have been offered.
You can rent a house for less than 1/3 of that price.
You'll rent a house for between 15.000 - 30.000/month.
(Will depend on the distance to the beach / town centre).
Take a look here before you sign any contract: http://www.huahinafterdark.com/hua-hin- ... r-rent.htm
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

90,000 baht a month! that's crazy. I rent a 3 bed 3 bathroom house for 12,000 baht a month. Please look at the classified ads on this forum you will find somewhere nice for half the price or less, for sure.

me and my ex g/friend rented on soi 101, a modern bungalow, 2 bedrooms, inside toilet shower, outside toilet shower, good garden, barbecue area.. car port.... 5,000 baht a month with a 1 years lease..
she got it by word of mouth not by estate agent... just ask around..
