Real or artificial? If real, all beauty salons and virtually all Thai massage places do manicures and pedicures. There are quite a lot of places doing acrylic or gel nails now, but I'd pay them a visit first & ask a few questions. I had artificial nails for a while, done at a place here (now out of business) and when I eventually had them taken off I had a really bad fungal infection, due to their (lack of) hygiene & expertise.
