As it's July 4th tomorrow - how will you be celebrating Insurgent day?

Our American cousins for some reason get quite tetchy when I point out that tomorrow is actually a day where they celebrate Insurgents, supported by Foriegn Fighters (the French) in the overthrow of their own government. Apparently it is not the same as Iraq now..... so they tell me.

I also got asked how we in Britain celebrated July the 4th, my reply was the same as the 3rd and 5th.... WOW you have a three day holiday... they really are the lowest of the low.

A friend of mine sent me this a while ago. Interesting and relevant enough to get posted here.

I was just trolling the internet for sundry knowledge, and came across the
