The book store on the top floor of Market Village used to sell a range of them.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

I saw a couple of month ago that Pure Plaza on Phetchkasem sold Garmin devices - not sure though if they also had for bikes....

The "Here" maps were originally a Nokia product, They are great and yes they do have an IOS app. I read that Nokia just sold the software to the VW/Audi group whom plan to use it in their autos. However my IOS app still works fine, it is really great for getting around in Bangkok as it even tracks you on the BTS. And yes it works without internet, must use cell towers somehow.

garmin/Tom Tom GPS Navi products

Post by Pagey »

I've got a Sony DVD car player from Europe that comes with Tom Tom Navi. I wanted to download the map for Thailand which is about 25 GBP but apparently it's not compatible for my device but the S.E. Asia map is but that's 45 GBP! Anyone got one they no longer use for Tom Tom ? I'm amazed that free downloads are not available, not that I can find anyway, yet the latest movies are.

If you use Sygic maps on an Android device, which is the same software that Tom Tom use, you can now buy the entire world for 29.99 Euro.
