It serves them right. Bars only should entertain their own customers and nobody else, period. They should not create nuisance, dislike and hostility, sometimes with horrendous consequences:

It's another aspect that loud music tends to attract a specific, small segment of customers but repel the rest and their money. I don't mind the profit of a few retarded bar owners but their neighbors deserve much better, hence glad to hear the authorities also have ears
However, that hit was not hard considering the new Section 44 rules in force since late July. See (5), (7) and (8) in the picture summarizing the enhanced powers and duties. I reckon that just a warning shot and they are going to weed out the rabble.
