She had a Bacardi and a little while later I looked at my tab and it showed 120thb for the ladydrink, this I assumed about average.
I had 2 more beers and bought another ladydrink (I think Thai whiskey) for another lady.
So I anticipated a bin of 3x 85 for the beers plus 2x120 for ladydrinks=495 thb.
The bill came and it was 595, on querying this I was told I had bought 2 ladydrinks at 120, but then there was the ladydrink supplement of 50 baht per ladydrink=595,Thai whiskey is not usually as much as 120thb in the bars anyway.
I challenged the bin but didn't want to cause a big argument for 100thb, so just a warning that if you buy a ladydrink in V bar check what the final cost is.
In my opinion this is a sharp practice which will deter customers returning to the bar, to buy ladydrinks anyway.
