My partner wanted one, (as well as a Husky!) but they're a bit pricey as Thai 125's go, I think it was 72,000 bt. They do look fun for someone with the build of the average Thai but they're a bit small for a westerner and you'd also struggle to get two people on one.

Sure Kev, I'm heading out for a few weeks tomorrow and my next trip after that should be in August, I might even have the bar in the garden finished by then!

I bought my MSX125 back in November 2013 when I first came to Hua Hin. I had a 600 Gixer back in the UK but I was getting past the boy racer thing being 54 years old. I wanted to be able to get into town and down the narrow winding streets that my DMax cannot go. I loved the look of the MSX125 apart from its "rear end", but thankfully on Friday a friend of mine took me to this little garage at the top of Soi 37 on the road to the Immigration Office called Gumpon Bike Shop (phone number 032 5155555). I had the "rear end" altered at a cost of 1000 baht and 15 minutes. They have a great selection of custom parts especially for the MSX125. Give them a call or drop by.
