Internet BBC Radio

I'm having problems listening to BBC Radio over the internet today, I just keep getting a message about contractional problems, I'm in Europe, is it the same in Thailand?

Just tried Radio 4 - no problems listening to that live.

I'd imagine that the show that's being broadcast is only licensed for UK Audiences, so unavailable here. It'll probably be ok when the next show starts.
