Michael Jackson tribute concert

I watched the tribute concert for Michael the other night on UBC. It was held in Cardiff if I remember right. Some well known artists singing their favourite song. A good concert and reminded me just what a great artist he really was. It was followed by the film of his run up to his up coming tour he was planning just before his death " This is it "
I can only presume this was released to simply cash in on his premature death. It showed a sick and broken man trying to recreate his hay day and failing miserably. Watching the film it was evident he would never have made the end of the tour as he was simply not up to it. There wasn't an ounce of the charisma he used to exude in either his singing or his dancing. I was sorry i watched it as I would have preferred to have remembered him at his best.
As with the death of Whitney we lose yet another great talent to the evils of drink and drugs !
