New Bar.

Post by tuktukmike »

Had a drink in the new Irish bar the other night and have to say that its long overdue in Hua Hin.

Plenty of staff and nice cold Guiness, the whole place is very well laid out and of course air con.

I always thought we needed something like this here as they do in Pattaya but was surprised that there has been no mention on such an informative forum.

I dont think i have broken any rules here as i have made no mention of the name, but if i have then i appoligise in advance. :?

I think most of us in town are aware of the much delayed opening of this establishment. If the owner wants more coverage on this site he knows what to do.

I too went to the opening night and found it a very plesant affair indeed.
I know certain drinks have to be imported and so cost more, but I for one cannot afford to pay near london prices every night. Especially as i'm not earning london wages now.....ha ha ha.

Maybe if you took the the time to look randy you will have seen they have promo nights for each beer. last night it was Heineken. check the drinks menu.

Thats good news Dave, can you let us all know when its safe to mention the name of the Bar involved.

Have to agree with Guess, your sarcasm and constant pokes are getting a little tedious.

New Bar

Please forget labels they mean very little. This bar needs people dirinking in it. The boss man is a very nice hospitable person and I wish him all the success in the world.

Stop knocking concepts and drink Beer (no matter where it comes from).

Welsh bars

Post by Guess »

I have got a bunch of Taff geizers coming to visit me next week and they have asked me if there are any Welsh bars in Hua Hin ( BTW for the uninitiated that is pronounced Hua Hin). I told them that I was not sure. Can anybody out there help me.

They would like to find a place that sells

I also went to the opening night of Crawfords ... It was nice to see the staff in uniforms...I agree that the owner is a nice hospitable chap however I wish them the best of luck because I don't think it will work in HH. I feel the bar is too enclosed. People like to have a drink in a town like HH with a feeling of sitting outside. As much as I love guiness I don't think I will be drinking too many pints at 180B......
