House for rent?

Hi! I'm looking for a house to rent Nov-May in the Hua Hin area.
I'm going for 6 month whith my father and we would like a fully furnitured house whit 3-5 rooms, AC in the bedrooms would be nice, good kitchen( former chef),telephoneline , about 12000bht/month, hopefully less.
Rented one on Koh Phangan last whinter for 5000bht, so I guess and hope it's not to difficult!?

ok i her talk old man joung women in hh now i'm 71 the lady i love is 44y i'm lucky anought to live in hh yet but will visit in april to find out . so not all fagan like someone try to make out are bad.
