On a more serious note, as I'm writing this just as a bit of a laugh, I do hope he doesn't have cancer or something - IMO he looks terrible.

Its the Sun....a "newspaper" (and I use that word in its loosest sense) well known for doctoring photos and deliberately shoosing paparattzi shots that portray the celeb in the worst light. That photo was chosen from about 20 or so the guy snapped...notice the odd angle its taken from to make hs face look longer?
