Somewhere to settle.

HI all what is the next close village / town north or south to HH that would be good to settle in, still have Beach, Bars, Fun, Expats and affordable Condos

One of the things I enjoy most is turning Beer, Wine,and Scotch , into urine.

Consider Cha-am, a 20 min drive north of HH. It seems to meet your requirements (and the condos there are notably cheaper than HH beachfront condos.)
