Hej, I am the proud owner of a town house in cha am now, a town house that will need some restauration done, after painting, flooring, etc,, it time for kitchen,, my experiance in thailand is from issan where we(my ex and me) had locals and famely do our building,
The problem now as I see it is the fact that my ex wount stand for the hagglin,and as a farrang,,not speeking wery well thai!! it´s more difficoult to get a fair price! and avoid getting ripped of.
I actually have my kitchen plan in my head,, and need someone to do the actuall build,
Anyone here have a good crew working for you?
I will take my restauration plan step by step,, and also expect to find suppliers of hardware if I just look for them,,? right?
would like to find nice stone bench, kitchen cubage, gas stove,etc
I belive I need to find and " work" out some trusting relation with a good worker , and do belive the easyest way is to find new friends among other fallangs, find contacts , and through them connect with trusted crew´s..?
well,, we´ll se, as I am there for the next 20 years I´m in no emediate rush!
so,, my friends,, any hints or guidelines will be most appriciated! Thanks,
