Golf & Villa ?

Hi ppl,
couple questions in regard to a golfing holiday in Hua Hin. Four of us are looking to come for a two week holiday & play some golf, is the tour guide plans worth the money? Or just come & do it yourself? Would like to be able to stay in a four bedroom villa with pool ect, father,brother,son & friend-) all keen golfers. Myself the father likes a little luxury , really like the -White House- at the Palm Springs golf, however the price is scary. You get my drift tho, same crew just did a week in Pataya & will be coming to Hua Hin this year. Any advice would be appreciated, thanking you in advance.
