Craig,

Suvanabumi Airport in Bangkok is about the nearest. You should pick up a taxi for around 2,000 Baht, which is the simplest way to get there.

I've never stayed at Jings, but I have friend who recommend it very highly.

I'm new too!
Welcome aboard.

It's either cut down on beer or the kids' new gear. It's a big decision in a town called Malice.

G'day Craig
You wont go wrong at Jings, well located, cheap, clean, great staff.
Peter & Jing will take good care of you, i dont stay anywhere else when visiting the TGF. Just ask Peter where the Sand Inn is as you can use their pool for a nominal fee.
Im only 30 so around your age group, hire a scooter and take a look around the place rather then hanging around Bintabaht. Always good fun going and exploring out of town.

Welcome Craig!

You'll have to make your way from the airport in BKK. You have some options: the taxi as mentioned above, the train, or the bus. You can also sort a van from victory monument in BKK. Many options to suit your budget. Have fun, get out and explore the region, and smile alot!

Good choice with Jings - Ask Peter about organising a Taxi from Bangkok airport for you.
See you in January

Welcome

Contact Peter at Jings with flight and arrival time and he will send his driver to get you for 1800 Bht. At the airport I think you need to make your way to exit gate 3 where the driver will be with your name on a plackard
