Can you help me?

I am trying to find the correct address of Miami Bar, Hua Hin
The bar is owned by Ms. Ohma Kalsumaso who I need to contact but I have mislaid all contact details on my return to UK two weeks ago. She is expecting me to make contact for business purposes.

The bar is situated on the south side of Hua Hin. Go south on Thanon Phetkasem from Satukarn Square about 200m and turn right at Hot Pot restaurant and then immediately right again.

If anyone can help me I should be very grateful.
