Norseman was referring to Bar Girls, I would not refer to them as lady's, think that is pushing a point.
With anything in Thailand you get what you pay for, I would rather go to BKK if I had to pay for the company, which I dont, leave that to Burger and Norseman.
Secondly, yes, I would call them ladies. I know a few of the bar girls as friends/acquaintances. They have been unfailingly kind, considerate, friendly & lovely to me. And apart from the occasional tip or drink, they get nothing from me. They are ladies. They are exceptional women & I, for one, take great exception at you being so rude & dismissive of them.
