Does a pre-nup drawn up in Thailand between a farang and Thai really have enough legal status to kick in? Or would the inheritance chain SJ describes (which is very similar to the UK one for intestacy) simply take over?
And in any case a pre-nup is really intended to cover divorce, so I guess that's why I'm wondering if it would become null and void on death.
