guitar
Re: guitar
"Cash Converters" in Market Village always have some in stock. Half decent or not I cannot help you, but the Chinese Violins that they stock are good value for learners, so may be worth a look.ste860 wrote:anyone know where i can pick up a half decent guitar to try and learn to play, used to play years ago and fancy trying again.

There is a Yamaha shop near sport villa that might sell guitars. There is also a shop near g supermarket - If you head up towards 'G supermarket' when you reach the railway line turn right. The shop is on your right about 30 yds. They sell pretty good guitars. They also sell cheap guitars on the top floor of the old super market. I cant guarantee how good they are though.

There is another shop that sells axes on the road west, past Hua Hin School on the right.
There used to be one in soi Hotpot but I don't think its there anymore. Top of the 'chopping maw' is good for strings and cheap guitars too.

Hi, my parents just moved to Hua Hin, and I'm also looking to pick up a guitar that I can play whenever I'm out here...
Ste860, Did you manage to find a decent guitar in the end... If so where? If you could give as much detail as possible as to where the place is that would be appreciated, I've only been in to Hua Hin centre itself once so far.
Am I right in understanding that there should be some guitars on sale in/or near the shopping mall where the big Tesco's is (Pretty much the only place I know so far !!)
Thanks !!
