Can someone give me an idea of the rates. Not for me but if one of my friends were to ask. :wink: Comparable to Pattaya?

I think that this is a good industry to have here in town and we should stop by and poke around - I know I will. They just need to get the hard part out of the way and they can make a good taking here. If they have competitors, they can swallow them up to cream off the market.

Everyone should be pumped up about this possibility!
