Yes it was my first posting on this site the reason being all the grief I have been caused with this problem.I intailly bought my house as a holiday home and was told by the developer that water and electricity that he would handle it for me .Great exactly what I wanted ,but because all the grief he has got he wanted 2 hand it over to the owners .Living in Perth Australia this would be a painfull task and the good thing about the developer handling it is he pays my bills sends me an account and then I send over the money. Im not a mate of his it is a business agreement now its a pain in the BUTT as he doesnt want 2 do it anymore .I can understand that totally with all the dramas associated
Im more than happy with the product I purchased as somebody else said its Thai built if you wanted a better standard come and live in Perth and I will sell u one of my projects but be ready to triple the price for the same size house.As for being ripped off 300baht or so its 10 AUD dollars who cares His service 2 me has be excellent
Sounds Like alot of u people on this site have nothing better 2 do, take up golf or fishing it that beautiful town there or just plain get a life
