luxurious property in hua hin

good day to all. I'll be staying in hua hin late this year and I'm looking for a place to rent. I checked a website on Hua Hin Rent (can't post the URL since i just registered) and found that there are three classifications of property in that area-- beachfront, mountain-side, and top luxurious. I'm just curious in which area/s of Hua Hin the 'top luxurious properties' are located.
Also, if you have suggestions in which part of Hua Hin it is ideal to live, then please reply to this thread.
