This one I took in Khao Kalok barely even looks like a dog anymore:

Poor wee thing. It's horrible to see them getting into that state, especially when more than 9 times out of 10, those skin probs can be cured pretty easily & cheaply. And of course it's a vicious circle - they look bad, people won't touch them or give them food, so they get worse. :(

Anyway, back to photos :)

 Ah man!!!! Its just like the old sayin' "beware what you ask for..." Fu##ed up dogs and coos arses! Ok Ok !!! The views are better I admit it! (I think  ) Can you imagine a fu##ed up dog photo competition? It would probably get cult status on the net. Kelpie's photo was bad but Buksida's ooohhhhh dear!

Just back to the dogs, this is one we took in fairly recently (about 2 or 3 months ago). She's not nearly as bad as the pics Buksi or Kelpiekiss showed, but she was lame, skinny & had bad mange. Now she's fully recovered and covered with hair. Doesn't limp either, now.

viewshot number 11 is at the very last point of the road from nong khai along the mekong before you start to head south.
if that doesn't make sense, i've added a map :? :D
that road is definately the scenic route !!! :thumb:

Well, it is a competition. That implies some standards. The comments such as the one I made are only suggestions and any criticism has certainly been constructive - I don't think anyone has said that photo x is shite so I don't understand why so sensitive.
so what standards are you looking for then jaime?

the issue is not about sensitivity.
it's a bit of fun, load your photo, have a vote & maybe a few questions about where & when the pictures were taken.
criticisms about the standards whether constructive or not isn't really expected, nor is it really warranted. :?
