longish term condominium rental

Post by lee808 »

Hi Guys, im a newbie to the forum and am finding it very useful.

I will be arriving in Thailand November 30th this year and my plan is to spend 5 months in Hua Hin, i stayed before for a week and it suits me just fine !

Just seeking a little advice please, i will be looking to rent a 2 bedroom furnished condo, in a block with a communal swimming pool and gym etc, not worried if it's upto say 3 kilometres out of the centre as i will have a scooter, but wouldn't want to be too far out i dont think !

Would you experienced guys recommend i wait until i arrive before starting my hunt to find a place ? or as its gonna be high season should i look for something and try to secure something before i arrive by trying to find something on the net ?

comments much appreciated.

May be worth a look in here regarding rentals

Also may be a good idea to book a week or so in some accomodation in town and then have a look at what is suitable for you. If you do that you may be in a better position to bargin a long term price rather than commit long term without seeing property

Hope you enjoy your stay
