I love Nighy and don't think I've see any of these. Thanks.

Trust me he's absolutely made for this role

Bill Nighy is one of my absolute favourites. I was going to say he's never been in a bad movie, but I thought I'd better check that out.

Love Actually was an abomination IMO

Ps slightly off topic as it's a series but have you seen State of Play? He's in it along with loads of other recognisable Brit actors and it's absolutely superb.

The yanks made a movie out of it(Russell Crowe) and completely ballsed it up

For me Love Actually was so bad that it was good, and I loved Nighy hamming it up.

And speaking about Hugh Grant (which we weren't), Mickey Blue Eyes is one of my favourite films. Not The Man Who Would Be King or Zulu good, but it always makes me laugh.

Soon as I saw Bill Nighy I was gonna mention Dtaai-Maai. 🤓

But the man seems displeased.

Edit: However, he reminded me I need to inject the word 'flapdoodle' more in my day to day.
