Its not too long if you mainly just want to chill out on the beach. It's also a hard place to define, as it covers a fairly large area, culminating in the area around the rock itself, with just a few soi's past that. Plenty of hotels at all prices all over.

Khao Takiab has hotels from 1 to 5 star, Nothing is far from the beech. What are you looking for as far as hotel facilities are concerned? How much do you want to pay? Do you want solitude or a place where things are happening?
