Pete,

Maybe this is a good time for you to admit the error of your ways, and start to support a real football team

Just heard on the Talksport news that Taksin has just invited 3 players from the Thai National squad to Man City for trials. Obvoiusly Taksin sees a big market for Man City in Thailand.

Pete,

Not a big footie fan but really cool you've taken Newcastle on board, this is my part of England and the fans have a great reputation (drinking aswell JD!). Great part of the country - good folk up there. Dont be swayed by these guys who just support the top clubs who just buy foreign players to win there trophies. (head down now!!)
Hope they have a good season

unfortunate turn of phrase. If I remember, Scaffold were the scouse band who did Lily the Pink?
Lily the Pink - sounds like a good name for a Thai bar as well.

Where as Newcastle are famed for bringing english kids through the ranks, I live 30 mins from Liverpool and Manchester and thank Buddha I made the right choice as a kid.

Im sure Newcastle have wasted a damn site more money on foreign imports than most.

But, Mai Bpen Rai, I dont mind Newcastle, great club, great stadium, great fans. Could do with a trophy before long though.

Chok dee.
