The passport office above the Robinson outlet in Petchaburi is certainly super efficient - a bit further from where Buks lives but definitely better than going to Bangkok - still a further option in HH will be a bonus!!

Can anyone confirm if the Bluport Thai passport office is open and operational?

Yes, it is. I went up there the other day to check on the planned immigration move next door. The passport office was operating. It seemed like more staff than visitors.
