Anyone know this hotel? Any comments - good or bad??
DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, and it's all small stuff...

It's in a row of similar guesthouses, in a great location - you can walk anywhere downtown but it's not near the main bar area (i.e. not noisy). I haven't stayed there but I've stayed at Smile Bar a couple doors down.

They have the best setup for watching football games in town - nice big TV and comfy sofas. There's also a decent-quality pool table. The staff is very friendly at these places.

Only thing about these guesthouses is that they're very vertical so depending on vacancy, you might have to walk up several flights of stairs to get to your room.
