Can anyone say if Han is a good builder and is his partner (I think Patra) also reliable and trustworth. I thinking about buying house from him company.

I, personally, know nothing of these developers, so cannot contribute or judge what the OP's intention is, but I would request genuine answers, only. Thanks.
