Good reliable thai builder

Can anyone help have house in hua hin could do with good reliable and fair Thai builder come handy man who I could use regular for small jobs.Any reccomendations

If you could see the carry on that I went through today with a so called "builder", you would know that there is no such animal in Hua Hin!
I have a "handyman" type, that does speak reasonable English if you are interested. I would hold short of saying "reliable", but he is probably the best of a rotten bunch. He at least has a proper set of tools! Pm me if you want his number. :cheers:
