I fully understand Your need and desire to keep this general forum clean from all the adult natured discussion. That poses one problem though. Me for instance, I'm coming to Hua Hin for the first time in couple of weeks. Not because of this adult stuff, but I'm still interested in it. Now, I can't get any information because I can't access this forum.

IF I post on general forum, I will be crucified for breaking the rules. I don't have the knowledge to post 30 meaningful posts in short time to a forum I know anything about, yet.

Good rule on principle, but execution leaves little bit to be desired. Best way for me to think this would be: Give read rights to the ones who have registered, post writes to people who request them politely. That rules out all automated mailers. In many cases read-rights would be enough, lots of info is available just by reading.

Mikehell, these rules really are not for debate and there are no exceptions no matter how much you "need the information". They were created to prevent "voyeurs" and "lurkers" who have no interest in contributing to the community.

Which direction are actually thinking of moving towards Lev or are you really saying that setting up NIGHTCRAWLERS did not bring you all the one time 30 posts that would swell your hit numbers as i pointed out in my deleted post ages ago.No new intros since Gaybob on march 11th and no meaningfull discussion over this ludicrous 10 year sentence.Your moderator/enforcer Monstra waxes lyrical about it being rather lenient as the max possible sentence is 15 years.No amount of grovelling will endure you to the Thai regime.This sentence is out of all proportion to the crime to which the man pleaded guilty and has probably been detained for 9 months already.Shame on you Lomu as well for writing that absolutely no critiscm whatsoever will be allowed on this site concerning the monarch.No criticism being advanced on this post but did you ever imagine that in your rather short and maybe relatively unsuccessful career as a UK journalist you would ever sign your name to such an article that contained phrases like NO CRITICISM WHATSOEVER.

Digger, you can’t blame Lomu for that, it happens to be the law in Thailand, hence the Swiss man being in Jail.
You will have noticed that even the Swiss government made no attempt to intervene as, in their opinion, due process of law was carried out correctly.

That's a bit unfair.
As has been pointed out to you, it's against the law here in Thailand. As simple as that.
As for my unsuccessful career as a journalist in the UK, you've got about one thing right - and it's not the word journalist.
Anyway, you're entitled to your opinion - just don't air some of them on a public forum. Please!!

I came to thailand and accepted their laws there rules their customs and bugger me their sentences
I know how harsh their sentences are

Digger, you have pretty much broken most of the T&C's there with that attack on us all - if you are that upset by the moderation of this board we invite you round to the office to discuss it. As stated above many websites have been shut down in Thailand for running less than we allow on here - those rules are not questionable.

Afraid I stand by my statement as to the length of time this man has been sentenced to prison,I thought he was living in Thailand not Tehran or Islambad.This in no way implies any criticism on the royal family,only the thai judicary who set the sentences,Thais have been sentenced for less for murdering and raping foreign tourists if they ever got brought to justice which is a very rare occasion

Agree Digger, I believe many of Lomu's posts/attacks (incl daft PM's to me) are Chang fuelled.
Therefore I do not take them personally/seriously.

However, Monsta, Dawn, Wanderlust, Buksida etc I do have respect for.
