Lan Ban Sung Hotel - Cha'am beach

Does anyone know about the Lan Ban Sung hotel in Cha'am beach? I stayed there once, but can't remember exactly where it is located. I want to go back. I know it's right acrosss the street from the beach. It's really nice, clean, and affordable, about 20 USD/ night. If anyone know the street name,. let me know...
