Well my Mrs is Chinese Thai and she is neither arrogant or a twat. Nor does she park or drive like one. Plenty do though and from long experience foreigners are just as bad if not worse.

I'm assuming the clamping phase is long over. People seem to park where they like these days, irrespective of road signs/restrictions/common sense. Personally, I'd support their return.
