long term villa rental required

Hi all
I am here in Hua Hin for the next month seeking a long term (1year +) villa or house rental.
Ideally I am looking for
2 / 3 bedroom
good kitchen
2 bathroom
outside patio (where I can have a BBQ)
access to pool
Access to Good fitness facility's ( even if it's a gym in town)
reasonable distance to down town
Ideally with good security ( my shifts are 30 days on with 30 days off)

I am a quiet 50 year old with a non Thai GF. Extremely responsible and pay in advance. (Meaning I am willing to give 6 months rent in advanced to the right propriator)

Look at the town houses behind the sports Vila....there are a few for rent price around 15,000 a mo....I live there..

Oh, have found the place that I want, and am ready to sign the lease, but I would prefer to have a professional home inspection on the property first. I have tried to search for home inspectors here in Hua Hin, but none seem to come up. Anyone know of a good one, that will look out for my best interests?
