Buying automotive tools in Hua Hin

Post by Top Croc »

I want to do a bit of tinkering on my car.

Can anyone suggest where I can purchase equipment e.g. Trolley Jack, Car Stands, Compressor and hand tools.

Would be good if I could buy in HH or close to rather than BKK.

Thai Watsadu on the way to Cha Am. Good range of tools and air compressors, not sure about trolley jacks.
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

If you're on a budget, the larger out of town markets in Thailand often have large stalls of used tools of all descriptions.

The big night market near the station in Cha Am has a number of stalls every Wednesday evening (tonight), so worth a look if you can make it, but for new tools, I also recommend Thai Watsadu on the way to Cha Am - maybe you could combine a trip to both?

Thanks a lot Guy's, did'nt think of the markets what a good idea. I will be back 4 weeks and will go Chaam market.

Been to the big H/ware, they do have compressors but I did'nt see any other auto tools. Will check again. :D
