Diaper, I just moved to Hua Hin and live in soi 126 and have had a look a few times at SG.
I looked at many houses here before deciding. and the advice from the other posters is spot on. i talked to a UK builder here who had a few ongoing projects and as Sivana Gardens, none was complete or started, although the show houses were of good quality finishing. In the end I opted for house on an established compound/complex and know I made the right choice.
But take your time and good luck whatever you decide.

Thank you Rrikzee.

I like the design and layout quite a lot, but a pity that all the signs on whether to purchase point otherwise.

I will take more time to look around and do more homework before buying.
