The other one looks familiar & though i know its not, looks very much like Jeremy Clarkson

The one on the left is the famous auto designer, Carroll Shelby. McQueen on the right already answered Pete

Well done. Posted the question as a lead-in for my recommendation of the BBC documentary on Carol Shelby vs Ferrari. The title is "The Cobra Ferrari Wars" I found it on a bittorent site.
The Cobra won the GT class. I hope they do a part 2 where Ford put Shelby in charge of the GT-40 competition program after their dismal first year of competition. Ferrari fans probably thought it couldn't happen again, but:
