If you have a lot of luggage the minibus - aka the 'bullet' - might be a bit tight. There are a few brave souls on here who use it so over to them! The train is fine IMO but again a lot of bags could be a hassle. Taxis from Bangkok aren't too expensive though, and the big aircon buses from Pattaya to Bangkok are fine.

Sometimes the minivans will try and make you pay for an extra seat for your luggage.
